Aspects of the Tower Principles of Fitness
The Tower Principles of Fitness represent the first integrated fitness system in the history of fitness that possesses these attributes:

NEW! Tower Principles of Fitness Seminars (coming 2008)
The standard Tower Principles of Fitness (TPF) seminar is offered as a 12-part seminar given as one session on one day per week. Each session consists of 1 hour lecture, followed by up to 30 minutes Q&A. The seminar format is live or by dial-in phone conference for small groups.
TPF
If your occupation is in one of these groups, then you should apply for the
TPF standard 12-part seminar:
- Businessmen
- Engineers
- Scientists
- Artists (authors, musicians, etc)
- Or any friend or spouse of such an individual
- Any friend recommended by a Defender (see TPF-D, below)
- Any patient or friend recommended by a Doctor or Dentist (see TPF-DaD, below)
- Any parent recommended by a Student (see TPF-S, below)
TPF-D
If your occupation is in one of the following groups, you should apply for the
8-part (1 session per week) "TPF for Defenders" (TPF-D) seminar,
at a 33% discount compared to the TPF standard 12-part seminar.
- Armed Forces, including National Guard and Coast Guard
- Local County or State police
- Defense Attorney
- Local County or State Judge
- Any spouse of a Defender.
TPF-DaD
If your occupation is in one of the following groups, you should apply for the
8-part (1 session per week) "TPF for Doctors and Dentists" (TPF-DaD) seminar.
- Licenced doctors: M.D. and D.O.
- Licenced dentists: DDS, DMD, BDent, BDS
TPF-S
If you are a college student, or recent college graduate, you should apply for the
6-part (1 session per week) "TPF for Students" (TPF-S) seminar,
at a 40% discount compared to the TPF standard 12-part seminar.
- For college undergraduate students with a declared major
- Or college post-graduate students
- Athletes (High School Jr. or Sr. or college level)
- Student ID must be shown at start of the first session
